About Us
Born from the courtroom, designed for your business.
Every business is bound by employment laws. And yet, relatively few teach their people leaders about these laws and how to protect their organization from employee claims and litigation.
As a licensed attorney and employment law attorney for more than two decades, Pam Howland knows all too well the mistakes, oversights, and pitfalls that often land businesses in state and federal court.
She established Idaho Employment Lawyers in 2016 to represent and defend organizations from employee-related legal matters. And through the firm’s client work, she recognized a distinct need for education and training that can help business owners, HR teams, and people leaders proactively avoid legal exposure, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Law for Leaders™ (L4L) was created as a result.
Focused on federal employment laws, risks, and best practices, it delivers essential knowledge and training through an on-demand course as well as custom workshops and educational speaking engagements.
